A small change in the plan can affect more than one detail. So we settle the layout, functions and circulation first, then move to materials and finishes. Every option has its merits and limits; we present them clearly and decide together with the owner.

Design defines what will be built; supervision checks on site that the works match the design. They are two different services, and each complements the other.
