Four services — and every client starts from their own situation.
Villas
Design defines what will be built; supervision checks on site that the works match the design. They are two different services, and each complements the other.
Project owners building their villa
We design the villa around its owners’ lives, then supervise construction on site until it is built as designed.
Villa owners
We redesign interior spaces starting from how they are used, and supervise the works.
Existing buildings
Work on an existing building starts from its actual condition — and sometimes from a municipality request.
Traders and business owners who own or operate existing buildings
If the municipality has asked you for an occupancy certificate or a structural report, send us the full request — that is where we start.
Small business owners
If your business operates from a building you own or manage and you want to know its structural condition, our structural assessment is for you.
Property managers
We inspect each building separately and prepare a report for each one.
For contractors: we design and supervise construction; we do not carry out contracting works. If your client needs a consultant to design and supervise their villa, or a structural assessment of an existing building, refer them to us.
We base our engineering opinion on what we know about the project, not on what we assume.

Start with the right question
A new project starts from the owner’s priorities and how the space will be used; an existing building starts from its actual condition. Each case has its own first question.

Opinion starts with inspection
A building’s condition cannot be judged from a photo or a general description. So we inspect the building itself, and every report we prepare is tied to that specific building.

Decisions before finishes
A small change in the plan can affect more than one detail. So we settle the layout, functions and circulation first, then move to materials and finishes. Every option has its merits and limits; we present them clearly and decide together with the owner.
